Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Brumano ships via TCS and Leopard Courier to all major cities and towns nationwide.

What is the delivery charge?
A flat delivery charge of Rs.249 applies to all orders. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs.3,500.

Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes — Brumano delivers nationwide via TCS and Leopard Courier. This includes all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Multan, Faisalabad) and smaller towns across all provinces.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment directly through the TCS or Leopard Courier website using your tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — Brumano ships internationally. For international shipping charges and timelines, contact us at cs@shopbrumano.com before placing your order.

Payment Methods

What payment methods does Brumano accept?
Brumano accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer (IBFT)
  • PayFast Payment Gateway (Easypaisa, JazzCash, and mobile wallets)
  • Baadmay — Buy Now, Pay Later in 3 easy installments

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan.

How do I pay via bank transfer?
Transfer your order amount to our Habib Metropolitan Bank account and send your transaction screenshot along with your order number via WhatsApp to +92-343-3350555. Your order will be confirmed within 4–5 working hours during office hours. Full bank details are on our Bank Transfer page.

Is there a discount for paying in advance?
Yes — use code EXTRA10 at checkout to get an additional 10% off on prepaid bank transfer orders.

What is Baadmay?
Baadmay is a Buy Now, Pay Later service that lets you split your payment into 3 easy installments. Select Baadmay at checkout to use this option.

Exchange & Return Policy

What is Brumano's exchange and return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns on unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags.

  • Online purchases: Exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, with the original invoice.
  • In-store purchases: Exchange within 14 days, with the original receipt.

Can I exchange my online order at a Brumano store?
Yes — online purchases can be exchanged at any Brumano physical store within 30 days of delivery, with your original invoice.

Which items are not eligible for exchange or return?
The following cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Socks (hygiene reasons)
  • Altered or tailored garments
  • Items discounted 50% or more

Can I exchange sale items?
Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund. Items discounted less than 50% can be exchanged. Items discounted 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I send an item back for exchange or return?
Contact us first via WhatsApp at +92-343-3350555 or email cs@shopbrumano.com with your order number and reason. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Courier charges for domestic returns are borne by the customer. Full steps are on our Exchange & Return Policy page.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via IBFT (bank transfer) within 96 hours of us receiving the returned item. For COD orders, the refund is sent to the bank account you provide.

Do you accept returns on international orders?
International orders are eligible for exchange only. Delivery charges both ways are borne by the customer. If an item is wrongly delivered (wrong size or colour), we will refund the item amount.

Products & Sizing

What sizes does Brumano offer?
Most Brumano products are available in Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), Extra Large (XL), and Double Extra Large (XXL). Size guides with chest measurements are available on individual product pages.

What type of men's clothing does Brumano sell?
Brumano offers a range of men's clothing including:

  • Sleeveless vests (inner vest / sando)
  • Waistcoats (Jamawar, Velvet, Suiting)
  • Socks (ribbed and plain cotton)
  • Beanie caps
  • Pajamas (linen, knitted, and casual)
  • Shalwar kameez

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Are Brumano products made in Pakistan?
Yes — Brumano is a Pakistani men's clothing brand, part of Fashion Villaz, based in Hyderabad, Sindh.

Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse shopbrumano.com, select your size, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. For bank transfer orders, apply code EXTRA10 for an additional 10% off.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +92-343-3350555 or email cs@shopbrumano.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp +92-343-3350555 or cs@shopbrumano.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Yes — Brumano offers corporate gifting and bulk orders for businesses, including customisation options such as embroidery, personalised notes, and custom packaging.
